    Notify us as soon as you detect an issue or within 3 business days of receiving your order to report any issues.  If we are not notified within the timeframe stated or the item has been worn or washed your request becomes voided at that time.

  2. Provide Details

    • A clear photo of the defective item.
    • Your order invoice details
